TAS
Privacy and enquiry handling notice for TAS website visitors and customers.
Privacy and tracking
TAS uses website information to respond to enquiries, prepare consultations, route support, manage payment or invoice questions, and understand which marketing activity is working.
When you submit a form, TAS may collect the details you provide, such as name, business name, email, phone, product interest, message, selected next step and consent confirmation.
Forms also capture practical routing details such as the first landing page, page submitted from, referrer, first and most recent UTM campaign fields, submission time, a one-way IP hash for security and a limited browser user-agent value. Query strings are removed from stored page and referrer URLs.
Valid submissions are saved in protected server-side lead and backup files. TAS attempts internal notification and customer confirmation emails so enquiries can be followed up; email delivery is monitored separately from the saved lead record.
The website uses limited first-party browser storage for campaign attribution, non-personal submission status and your consent preference. Optional analytics and advertising tags remain blocked unless you choose “Accept analytics & ads”. You can reject non-essential technologies or change your choice later using “Cookie preferences” in the footer.
If TAS introduces Meta/Facebook measurement or retargeting, optional advertising tags will respect the visitor's consent choice. Raw form details such as name, email, phone, business name, invoice reference and message will not be sent in browser tracking events.
TAS retains enquiry records and protected backups only for as long as reasonably needed for follow-up, service, security, accounting or legal requirements. Backup retention and deletion processes are reviewed as part of website operations.
You can ask TAS about your enquiry details, request access or correction, ask for deletion where applicable, or opt out of marketing follow-up by calling, using WhatsApp, or emailing info@theaccountingsolution.com.fj or ajay@tas.com.fj.
